Your sales course was excellent.

Just a note to thank you for the training this week. I found it informative and enjoyable. You train in skills that are absolutely essential in our line of work and you present them in a very common-sense useable way. I particularly liked the sections on qualifying and developing the agreement. This weekend I'll be putting together several of the sales kits your talked about. I can't wait to try them out.

I think the most important lesson I took from your class this week is the need for focus, keeping your eye on the ball. You really drove that point home. Thanks. If ever you would like a reference letter from me, I'd be happy to oblige.
